Inaugural Visit - Kestrels first visit to the 1erč
Compagnie d’Arc du Touquet took place over the weekend of 19/20 Sept 2009. A party of 14 made the journey
and all enjoyed the friendly and warm welcome extended by our French counterparts.
Saturday was spent at their excellent facility with an outdoor fun shoot followed by a buffet reception
which was attended by the Mayor of Le Touquet Paris-Plage and representatives from the Office of Tourism.
On Sunday our hosts took us to the Agincourt Museum, entertained us at a superb medieval banquet and
treated us to shooting on the actual battlefield. Their juniors presented our junior representative with
a signed log as a memento of the occasion.
